With the initial printing on any order you can have SBR keep the files and the job format
for producing additional prints in the future. These saved orders are your "Project
Library". At the time the order is placed the job is given a specific number, the "PrintID"
number. The job name and issue are for you to be able to identify your jobs and the
naming is up to you - we will do our best to name it exactly what you tell us. The
"PrintID" is what SBR needs for printing purposes, not the job name.
On many projects it's not uncommon to have many different printings (i.e. submittal
packages, check sets, review sets, bid sets, addenda, change orders, etc). With multiple
"PrintID" numbers associated with any one project it becomes vital that we know exactly
what the customer needs when placing an order from jobs we have on file.
Your "Project Library" allows you access to all of your jobs on file at SBR. With your
use of the library, you can quickly see if a specific printing is on file; you can obtain and
provide us the "PrintID" number which ensures that we print the job and issue you need,
and you can place an order directly from the library using our EZ-Order form.
You must have a customer number to gain access to your records, if you don't know your
customer number please call us and we will be happy to provide it to you.
