I have used SBR for over 20 years. I return because you’re relatively easy to get to and your staff. I get what a I need and they make sure that happens. Who stood out today? No one. Who has stood out in the past? Each one of them. Bob is always willing to drop what he’s doing to help me get out the door. The staff in the back all the way down to Ophilia are willing to do what’s needed. Is it easier to go elsewhere for me needs? I have no idea. More value? You can’t place a value on a relationship where my needs are always met.
